Vivianne is an Associate at Wonderley & Hall who practises exclusively in the firm’s highly regarded family law practice. After an early career with the Air Force, Vivianne moved into the law and now has more than 6 years experience advising clients in family law.
Vivianne advises on all areas of family law including divorce, separation, property settlements, binding financial agreements (pre-nuptials), de facto relationships, parenting matters and child support. She is particularly passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients and gains great satisfaction from providing strong, compassionate advocacy for Wonderley & Hall’s clients.
Vivianne’s clients appreciate her clear advice, forward thinking approach and also the genuine interest she shows for their personal concerns and the outcome of their matters. In one very hard fought matter Vivianne obtained Orders for children to be returned after one parent had absconded with them. The emotional joy and relief experienced by the other parent on seeing their children again for the first time in 6 months made this one of Vivianne’s most memorable matters and reflects why she practises in this area.
After growing up on the Gold Coast and living in various locations while in the Air Force, Vivianne has settled in Toowoomba near family who are fifth generation graziers on the Darling Downs. Vivianne is a member of the Downs & South West Qld Law Association and a committee member of the Ladies in Family Law group.
