Jodie is a member of our Litigation team, having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland on 6 May 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland.
Representing clients across various jurisdictions, Jodie manages a diverse caseload ranging from Tribunal matters to complex private disputes. She draws on her background in personal injury law to help clients navigate procedural hurdles with confidence, and prioritises timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Jodie’s approach is centered on achieving practical outcomes through straightforward communication and effective advocacy. Her expertise includes:
- Commercial and Business Law: Contract and partnership disputes.
- Property and Succession: Co-ownership disputes and Family Provision Applications.
- General Litigation: Representation in State and Federal Courts, as well as QCAT and other regulatory Tribunals.
- Compensation and Injury Law: Workplace and personal injury claims.
- Insolvency: Debt recovery and insolvency matters.
Outside of the office, Jodie stays active outdoors by hiking and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
